Rare 1971

Vinyl Classic LP

On The Original

Apple Label

Paul McCartney

‘RAM’

In Very Good Vinyl Condition

Very good condition of a rare original 1971 vinyl copy of ‘Ram” the classic,  second studio album by Paul McCartney, made in collaboration with his wife  Linda McCartney, (it is the only album credited to the couple). This album is on the original rare Apple label with the catalog number SMAS 3375.

With 12 amazing tracks, this album has gone on to become a cult favorite with McCartney fans and even has inspired two tribute albums. “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey” proved to be very successful, giving McCartney his  first number 1 single since leaving The Beatles. Other songs on the record like

“Too Many People” and “Dear Boy” were believed to have started McCartney’s

feud with John Lennon. Lennon’s response was the scathing “How Do You Sleep?

and it has been considered too that “Crippled Inside”, also from his Imagine album,

was directed at McCartney. Side One 1. “Too Many People”

2. “3 Legs”

3. “Ram On”

4. “Dear Boy”

5. “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey”

6. “Smile Away”

Side Two

7. “Heart of the Country”

8. “Monkberry Moon Delight”

9. “Eat at Home”

10. “Long Haired Lady”

11. “Ram On (Reprise)”

12. “The Back Seat of My Car”

Truly a great find, on this rare Apple label. Experience the music the way it was meant to be heard in all the warm tones of

its analog quality mono vinyl sound and not the inferior audio of MP3s. Please add $4.00 for postage and handling if being mailed in the U.S. Postage for Canada, Europe or Australia will have to be determined by  a quote from the post office if the bidder wins the auction on this item.
