Wings "Back To The Egg"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Columbia 36057 from 1979. This is the promo copy with the time strip on the front cover. The labels also say 'Demonstration Not For Sale' and the back cover is stamped in gold 'For Promotion Only'.
This is great music. There were lots of hits : 'Getting Closer', 'Spin It On', 'Old Siam Sir', 'Arrow Through Me', and 'Baby's Request'. Two songs are by Rockestra, which was a huge group of all-stars. It included Wings, David Gilmore ( of Pink Floyd), Hank Marvin ( Of The Shadows), Pete Townshend ( of The Who), John Paul Jones and John Bonham ( Of Led Zeppelin), Kenny Jones (of The Who and Small Faces), Ronnie Lane ( of Faces and Small Faces) , Gary Brooker ( Of Procol Harem ) and many others.
Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ / Record is M-
The cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits. There is ring wear. The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint. The labels are perfect with no spindle marks. The record comes in a custom inner sleeve.
The songs are : Reception, Getting Closer, We're Open Tonight, Spin It On, Again And Again And Again, Old Siam Sir, Arrow Through Me, Rockestra Theme, To You, After The Ball/Million Miles, Winter Rose/Love Awake, The Braodcast, So Glad To See You Here, and Baby's Request.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges. There are no handling charges. This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number. Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International. You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number. ( Buyers from Brazil must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
