Description
This item is an album released in 1980 on Columbia Records by Paul McCartney & Wings entitled 'Band On The Run' Record label and number is Columbia Records JC 36482. This particular album features the MPL logo on the front of the cover at the lower left corner. This cover was only available for a short time in 1980 (see photos). Record itself is in very good plus condition and would have graded higher if it weren't foe some light rub scuffs probably made from taking the record in and out of the paper inner sleeve and do not effect play (see photos). Record was cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine. Rare record cover is in very good condition with some wear at the corners, on the edges and some general wear on the front and back of the cover (see photos). Original song lyric / photo inner sleeve is included. I wish the cover was in a little better condition but this is only the second one of these covers that I've ever seen in 40 years since its release.
