Description

APPLE RECORDS     PAS 10007    VG++/M-    STEREO     1973.    matrix nos. YEX 929-2/930-2     UK original album.   Original inner sleeve is VG++, slight back sleeve ringwear. It has the 3 cut corners at 45 degree angles, bottom right squared. This was on original pressings to prevent creasing of the sleeve!!!   Poster is 27 x 20 and is NEAR MINT, perfectly folded and NO tack holes, crinkles, etc. Photos taken by Linda in Lagos!!!   The music is Paul's MASTERPIECE!!!  A few decent "solo" albums had Paul's popularity somehow waning.  The band quits, and Paul, Linda, and Denny Laine record in Lagos!!  Songs are brilliant, harmonies perfect, simply AMAZING!!  Songs include, Band On the Run, Jet, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five, and more.  Soft cover by Garrod & Lofthouse, Ltd.  7312 precedes the print name on back, year/month!!  Cover has slight ringwear, small creases, but VERY SOLID AND CLEAN.  The vinyl is a STUNNING SHINY, CLEAN and NEAR MINT!!  The labels have NO spindle marks.  A GEM!!       

As Always, ALL records are from MY OWN PERSONAL collection of OVER 47 years and again..NO JUNK!!!

I specialize in selling PROMOTIONAL albums in rock n' roll and jazz from the 1960's and 1970's. PROMO albums are usually pressed from the original master tapes in an extremely limited quantity, and are 1ST pressings!!! Many are issued with white labels, others have radio timing strips on the cover, just a promo sticker or gold cover stamps. Given out selectively to radio stations before the stock release, they generally have superior sound quality, are RARE, collectable, and getting VERY SCARCE!!! 

PLEASE NOTE: I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine, if necessary. I pack ALL records carefully. Records are placed outside of the record cover in a clear plastic record sleeve. Albums are bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box.
