Description

MPL/Parlophone PCSD 171. Made in Great Britain. Arguably McCartney's finest hour IMHO. As he explains in the note inside the gatefold, "I came off the back of The Beatles Anthology with an urge to do some new music. The Anthology was very good for me because it reminded me of The Beatles' standards and the standards that we reached with the songs. So in a way it was a refresher course that set the framework for this album." And it shows.

The record is in very good-plus condition. It has only been played on my vintage, lovingly preserved Dual turntable, but I've taken it for quite a few spins so you may hear the occasional sound of loving but normal wear. The cover is also in very good condition.
