This listing is for a rare original vinyl pressing of the 9th album from Paul McCartney. Again being released during the CD era this did not sell in large quantities on vinyl and as of yet is one of the few albums in his catalogue that has not been re-issued. I am a huge Beatles and Paul fan personally and it pains me to sell anything of his so act fast before I change my mind and add this beauty to my collection.

All of my records are play tested on a Technics SL-1200 with a Grado GF3 stylus which is quite revealing so any sound defects may be more exaggerated than on other more mainstream players. Or conversely if you are a full on audiophile I will let you judge how your set up compares and how you envisage the sound will compare.
I don't currently have access to a cleaning machine so please forgive any dust or finger marks which are on any of my records - hopefully will be investing in one at some point.
Record Appearance - VG+ Side 1 has a couple of small light scratches but nothing too offensive and nothing that affects play. Side 2 is almost perfect and would be NM. Both sides have a nice glossy finish. Labels are in great condition no pen marks just a couple of pressure tears from manufacture. There are not many spindle marks under a bright light suggesting only light use.
Record Audio - VG+ Again very close to NM just very minor surface noise on run in and in between tracks but I think is likely just dust in the groove from lack of use, a machine clean would restore perfection I believe. The audio when in full flow is wonderful, big rich sound throughout, a great listen. I am biased but this is a very underrated album, Hope For Deliverance and Winedark Open Sea both beautiful tracks....oh and I Owe It All To You.
Record Sleeve - VG+ Nice thick high quality gatefold sleeve which has protected the item very well, why can't all sleeves be like this! All edges and spine are in great condition with no visible shelf wear and good structure. Being so thick there is no ring wear visible under a bright light. There are a few indentation marks on the front and rear face and if it wasn't for that it would be NM, but mainly only visible under a bright light. The white edging is in much better condition than other copies I have come across barely any discolouration. Comes with the original lyric inner sleeve which is in superb condition and no damage or pen marks. The record also come in a separate white inner sleeve and the item will be sent in a high quality PVC dust cover to protect your investment. A beautiful example and currently going up in value..why I am I selling this?!
