Thank you for choosing Audio Club! I am located in Vancouver, British Columbia. I ship my items free of charge within Canada and the USA. However, worldwide shipping is also available for a fee.
Any item you purchase will be shipped same day Monday through Saturday if payment is received by 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time. Please allow 1 business days if the projected shipping date falls on a Sunday or Canadian statutory holiday.
I always document all shipping information and will update it as soon as the information becomes available to avoid item non-received claims and make the transaction as hassle free as possible.
I pack every item carefully to prevent damage while en-route to your destination.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted for unused, unopened items in there original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In some cases the buyer will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
What you see in the photos is what you will receive, I will document and illustrate any damage or relevant information so as to insure you are fully informed as to what you are purchasing and to provide full transparency. Any other relevant or required parts and/or accessories not seen in the photo are your responsibility to acquire.
