Description

Paul Whiteman and his Concert Orchestra performs a program of music by George Gershwin, in this classic album from 1939. The program includes the Rhapsody in Blue (with Roy Bargy on piano), the Second Rhapsody (also with Roy Bargy), the Cuban Overture (with Rosa Linda on piano) and An American in Paris. Released as Decca "Personality Series" numbers 29051-29055. The records are NM with virtually no sign of use; the album jacket is VG+ with some mild soiling to the boards, and some staining on the inside front cover.

The records will be removed from the album and securely packaged separately to prevent damage. The album and records will be sent in a 14 x 14 x 6" box with plenty of styrofoam packing material for cushioning. I have years of safely packaging and mailing fragile 78rpm records, so bid with confidence. I also gladly combine winning lots!
