Description
This is part of a big auction full of gospel record from Peacock, Gospel, Savoy & Nashboro. Great stuff that is often overlooked. Many of these are promos and all are in great shape.

Release: The Sensational Nightengales - Burying Ground / In My Mind
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: Original release with the black labels. This is the first single by this group and definitely has that trademark soul sound with the harmonic backing.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape, very clean with just a bit of visible hazing. No scuffs or scratches. Both sides play very well with no noticeable background noise. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are really clean as well, just a bit of light scuffing on the edge of Mind side. This is a very nice copy overall.
Due to travel and the holidays, this will be my last auction of the year. Mark me as a favorite though because I have some killer rockabilly and small label blues/R&B auctions coming in January.
