The back story on this extremely rare item:
I recently acquired a large number of original MegaForce Records pieces of memorabilia and related items directly from label owner Mr John Zazula (AKA Johnny Z the man responsible for discovering Metallica and many other bands). This item is from Mr Zazula's personal music collection! This is a very rare, limited edition, promotional only Pearl Jam single. Issued in 1991. There were not many of these made, and it was not for sale! This item was never used. To reiterate, it is direct from Mr Zazula's personal music collection. The vinyl was never used, there are some light scuff/scratches in a small area, on the A side. B side is mint, slightly dusty. Remains in near mint plus condition. The album cover has very slight creases from years of storage. Please note all attached images. I added an image from Johny Z's recent personal music sale, as proof of this items original ownership.
