Vitalogy is the third studio album by the American alternative rock band Pearl Jam, from Seattle, WA and released on November 22, 1994 on Epic Records- 66900. 

 The album was first released on vinyl record, followed by a release in other formats two weeks later on December 6, 1994. Upon its CD release, Vitalogy became the second-fastest-selling album in history, behind only Vs. The album has been certified five times platinum by the RIAA in the United States.

This LP is FACTORY SEALED! Please note that the bottom seal opened over time from  being in a bookcase for the past 15 years- it was never opened and never played.  VERY RARE ITEM!
