The sleeve has a tiny dink on the lower edge. Other than that the sleeve is excellent. I've only played this record 3 times at most on a high quality player. None of the tracks scratch. The photos show what I think is the 5th time I've taken it out of the dust jacket, as I know how rare this record can get on the collectors market :p
A must for any Pearl Jam collector.
Comes complete with the original sticker.
