Description

     Pee-Wee Herman is a fictional child-like character created and portrayed by American comedian Paul Reubens.            "Surfin' Bird"  is a song from the Rivingtons and made popular by the Trashmen in 1963.  This cover version is sung by Pee-Wee Herman and taken from the original soundtrack of the 1987 Paramount Motion Picture,  "Back To The Beach".  The song contains the repetitive lyric,  'the bird is the word'.  Columbia Records,  #38-07301,  7" picture sleeve,  45 RPM,  STEREO,  no barcode.  Side one:  Pee-Wee Herman  "Surfin' Bird",  Side two:  Surf Punks  "My Beach".   Item is in near mint condition.  Thank you for looking.
