Perception RARE 1971 ORIG Futura Magma ZAO Prog Jazz

Here is a nice find; an original French Futura pressing of the excellent "Perception" LP by the group of the same name.  This is some way-out fusion featuring  Jeff Seffer (Magma, ZAO), Jean My Truong (ZAO), Siegfried Kessler and Didier Levallet. Vinyl is VG+ with a couple of sleeve scuffs, but nice overall. Laminated flipback cover is VG+ overall, but I will qualify that by saying it is a weaker VG+; there is very little surface wear aside from a stain on the lower part of the spine area and a VERY tiny tear within that stain, but then we have the matter of  the personal touches that its former owner seemed to enjoy adding to most of his collection. These would be his name written on the upper left corner of the back side ("Dave Bednarz," whose name I have come to view as a trademark of quality in a strange way, even though I wish he hadn't been compelled to write it on every LP he owned) and his name and a large "1" or "2" written on each side of the labels themselves, presumably so he wouldn't have to look so closely to see which side was which. Still, other than these flaws, there is only minor surface wear. Overall this is still a pretty nice copy of this LP, which is extremely hard to find. Do not miss out on this excellent piece of wax!
