Description
Paul McCartney single from 1977 using the pseudonym of Percy Thrills Thrillington, a 1930's style big band leader who covered the whole of the Paul and Linds McCartney album Ram in full orchestral style. Because it was not revealed at the time that McCartney was the culprit very few copies of the album and accompanying single were sold and they were soon deleted. This 7" single, catalogue number EMI 2594 on the Regal Zonophone label, has Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey on the A side and Eat at Home on the B side. The centre of the label on both sides reads DEMO RECORD NOT FOR SALE. I have played the disc just one from new to establish whether a mark on the B side is audible, it is not, so pretty near mint condition for the vinyl and mint for the labels.
