The news release states:  Neil and Chris (both club freaks) realize how important you D.J.'s were in 'breaking' "West End Girls" so in appreciation they both spent 2 1/2 hours autographing the covers to this mailout!  Keep them--it's not often artists take the time to do things like this.
Also included here is the 19 1/2 x 13 inch poster which was obviously hung up at some point: pinholes on each of the four corners, and general wear throughout.  (The attached photo makes it look a bit worse than it really is since it's been folded for 36 years and doesn't lay flat.)  The news release also shows its age, with the top corners bent and torn.
Please be advised this record was PLAYED.  I would rate both the vinyl and the sleeve as only "Good" condition.
