The sleeve is near mint as there is writing on both sides. Incredibly clean edges and sharp corners.
Neil's autograph is clean and bol.
Chris' autograph is light and faint. The is also a third autograph on the cover and partially covering Chris' autograph (see pix). It belongs to a television producer for "Video One" in Los Angeles.
