Description

I got this signed in 1986 at the "Record Factory" store in San Francisco.

Pet Shop Boys were very nice and friendly.

The cover has some wear.

There are some small spots of something, towards the bottom.

Small tear / rip at top left.

Some sticker residue around there too.

At least that's what it seems like.

There's a little bit of ring wear.
