Vinyl , Near mint. Absolutely Superb. You will not find a better copy. 
Sleeve , Superb, tiny name sticker to bottom right, see pics.
Zimbabwean sleeves are notoriously rough. They were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and susceptible to wear.
