This is a very rare Pete Brown LP.

Condition is EX/EX (sleeve/record)

Outer sleeve front is in excellent condition with only slight wear and minor creasing and surface scratches. Lamination in absolutely excellent condition.
Outer sleeve back is in excellent condition with only slight wear and minor creasing and surface scratches. Lamination in absolutely excellent condition.
Foldout is also in absolutely excellent condition..
Overall impression of the outer sleeve is excellent. The cover is very clean, smells nicely and does not give an aged impression at all. Spine is also in excellent condition.
Record is in excellent condition. Vinyl is glossy and record is perfectly flat with no warps. There are some minor surface marks and a visible surface scratch on track 1 side 1 - however sound playback is not affected.
Labels on both sides are in excellent condition. They are clean and without scruff marks or discolouring.
Overall, a fantastic copy of a very rare record. You will be hard pushed to find a better copy. I cannot even find any other copy of it in the completed listings section here on eBay - never mind in this condition!
