Rare and sought-after big band funk LP from Pete Moore, practically every track's a winner here! There are two superb original tracks 'The Fat Man' and 'Solar Wind', a very funk-heavy cover of Stevie Wonder's 'Higher Ground' and fat drama beats on 'Superstition', pounding Rhodes and brass led funk on 'Raised On Rock' and much more...
A really strong and highly rated LP, featuring a who's who of key UK session players of the time, including Kenny Wheeler, Don Lusher, Roy Wilcox, Bobby Lamb, Brian Dee, Alf Bigden, Denis Lopez etc. A tough LP to turn up in strong EX condition, really glossy vinyl - don't miss this one!
