Description

Companion to The Who series of re-releases on audiophile high quality Quiex SVP 200g vinyl, in a reproduction gatefold sleeve with poster. This 1972 solo LP by Pete Townshend is a contemplative, largely acoustic set, a by-product of the Lifehouse project, burn-out from putting Who's Next together and meditating with the yogi Meher Baba a la late Beatles. Much better than that prospect sounds ,this is an underrated release, a bit like a more polished version of his Scoop outtakes and an essential addition to any Who collection.
