Peter Grudzien - The Unicorn. PG 101 : Private pressing from 1974.. Condition is VG+. The record plays perfectly and the cover is also in good condition. An astonishing American rarity which was self produced by Grudzien. He plays all of the instruments as well as including tape loops and effects. Almost impossible to describe but if I had to try in a few words I'd say " Hillbilly meets Leonard Cohen"! The Grudzien family were the subjects of a recent film which I've yet to see. Peter produced 500 copies of this album which he tried to sell in bookshops but with not much success. I doubt that more than a handful survive. There's a signature on the back of the sleeve which I assume is Peter's. The last word in outsider music.
