Up for sale is an exceptionally rare original 1977 US factory-original roots reggae masterpiece—Peter Tosh - Equal Rights, released on Columbia Records (PC 34670) as an official Radio Station White Label Promo. This legendary album features definitive tracks of social consciousness backed by the elite riddim section of Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare.
Front Cover: Retains its original factory-applied white Columbia radio timing strip detailing track names, intro times, and cut lengths for DJs.
Back Cover: Stamped at the top-left with the official indented gold foil notice: "FOR PROMOTION ONLY - Ownership Reserved By CBS - Sale Is Unlawful."
Center Labels: Authentic matte white radio promo style with black typography reading "DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE" stamped above the artist's name.
Vinyl Disc: Visually graded. The vinyl retains a beautiful deep mirror gloss across both sides with minimal surface paper scuffs. The white center labels are pristine and free of handwriting or heavy spindle drag lines.
Outer Jacket: Shows expected light vintage shelf storage and handling wear. The multi-photo orange front cover panel remains highly robust with sharp text. There is minor rubbing at the corners and subtle edge creasing as pictured.
