This record was pressed for the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity in 1922 by the University Record Corporation. It is a very ornate and rather colorful record label on red shellac. 225-A Fiji Land is the Land for Me (Philip E. Lyon, Ohio Wesleyan '16) Vocalion Quartet Directed by Lyon. 225-B Smoke Dreams (Donald Richberg, Chicago '01). Shannon Quartet. Made by Aeolian company for and copyright 1922 by University Records Corporation New York City. You are bidding on one 78 rpm 10 inch shellac record. Shipping cost is for calculated Media Mail service with Delivery Confirmation to U.S. locations only and is added to the winning bid. I let the shipping calculator figure out Media Mail after I receive your zip code and size of order. The usual price buyers pay for shipping is $4.00. The usual price I pay for shipping is approximately $6.37 but only charge you what the calculator on ebay says. So, you see I am not accurate on the shipping costs; however items will be packed well with the intention of your item arriving intact and quickly for the best price. Records are shipped in an over sized box with peanuts & cardboard supports. I do charge $1 for handling to offset some the shipping expense. The box & packing materials cost me $3.00-$5.00 each depending on amount and size of records purchased. I am only sharing this to let you know my thoughts and experience with shipping. Also Media Mail Shipping can be slow and can take over nine days. At your request and expense, I can ship the item anyway you want, including insurance. I will combine shipping and always add tracking.
Standard record grading: P= poor G= good VG= very good E= excellent NM= near mint With a plus or minus depending on variables such as how much groove luster remains, sound quality, wear and abuse.
