Philadelphia String Quartet - Memorial Album: The Last Performances With Charles Brennand - Sealed 2LP Stereo - Olympic 1001
Fresh from a local estate sale.  The album was produced after the death of Charles Bernard in 1976.  Discogs lists this album as a limited edition.  The only condition item to report is a bump to the lower left corner of the sleeve, see pictures. Please keep in mind that this is an extreme close-up picture of the bumped corner and it doesn't look nearly as bad in person.
