Factory sealed and never opened. Disc is assumed undamaged and mint.

Mint
Perfect, without flaws, defects, marks or other indications of handling or use. Nice original slip cover present.

NM or M-
(NEAR MINT or MINT MINUS) The vinyl is almost flawless, bright and shiny. Minor, barely visible scuff or two may be present, but no scratches. Nice original slip cover present. Disc should play with no audible noise. The label is bright, clean and unmarked.

E or VG++
(EXCELLENT or VERY GOOD ++) Disc plays nearly perfect, but may have minor paper scuffs or hairline or spider scratch or two that do not noticeably affect sound quality. Nice original slip cover present. Vinyl is bright and shiny, label is clean and unmarked.

VG+
(VERY GOOD PLUS) Some visible surface wear, minor scratches and scuffs which produce minimal impact on sound quality. Vinyl still has good luster. Nice original slip cover present. Labels may have minor imperfections such as small labels or initials, etc. but are otherwise clean and bright.

VG
(VERY GOOD) Vinyl has noticeable scratches or scuffs that contribute minor surface noise, but do not seriously degrade music. Without skips. Vinyl appearance may be somewhat dull and grayish. Original slip cover present, may be torn or damaged. Labels may have little tears, tape markers, writing, etc. but are still easily readable. Possible wear or deformation of spindle hole.

G
(GOOD) Record has seen much use. Vinyl is dull, grayish, and with deeper scratches and wear causing severe surface noise. Playable without skips. Slip cover may or may not be present, or in poor condition. Label may be seriously degraded or partially unlegible.

NM or M-
(NEAR MINT or MINT MINUS) Very minor signs of wear or disc impressions. Artwork still close to mint.

E or VG++
(EXCELLENT or VERY GOOD ++) Minor disc impression or minor corner creases, without wrinkles, puckers, seam splits or writing. Artwork is clean and without wear and there is no ink loss.

VG+
(VERY GOOD PLUS) Cover clean but may have small writing or marks and may show minor wear. There may be very minor ring wear. May be minor discoloration or staining, minor seam wear, without splits or tears. If otherwise VG++, may have a small split. Box sets may have a split corner or some minor warpage of box, may have a cut corner if otherwise more presentable than VG. Corners may have minor creases or fraying.

VG
(VERY GOOD) Cover is worn and used. Seams may be starting to split or may have been unobtrusively repaired with clear tape. There may be moderate ringwear, but artwork is still attractive. There may be yellowing or discoloration as well as larger writing, labels, or marks. Corners may have damage or creases and there may be scratches or gouges that otherwise damage the artwork.

G
(GOOD) Cover has a multitude of issues such as: split seams, large marker writing, significant ring wear, damaged corners, tears, cuts, gouges, unattractive seam repairs, or other flaws and damage.
