The retail sticker (2/$1) in the top right corner is on the shrink wrap. There is a "cutout" in the bottom left corner. It is unfortunate this band got thrown into the "Bosstown" stereotype. Definitely not worthy of the bargain bin. The opened part of the shrink wrap has allowed those two corners and the opening to become slightly worn. Because of this, I would give the cover a Very Good to Very Good + (VG to VG+) rating. The record is in Near Mint to Mint (NM to M) condition.
I recognized one of the song titles on this album right away. Bob Dylan originally recorded it in 1965. Many artist have covered the song, including Jerry Garcia and, as it turns out, Phluph. Like I and many others have said, Phluph was not the typical style coming out of Boston. Here's the song:
