Description

Up for bid is a cylinder doll record entitled "Little Boy Blue". These were made for various talking dolls (Madame Hendren, Madame Georgene, Mae Star, Dolly Rekord, etc.) and produced by the Averill Manufacturing Co. as well as other manufacturer's (Universal Talking Toys Co., etc.). The dolls (which were produced from the early 1920's through the late 1940's) had a wind up cylinder phonograph mechanism inside that played these records.  This one is in great condition. Will be packed well and shipped first class. I do not have one of these dolls, so it was played and recorded using my Edison Fireside Model A phonograph.
