Description

Classic Harvest double sampler album from 1970 featuring some of the many weird and wonderful acts on that label at the time, not to mention the memorable Hipgnosis sleeve. Notable for the rare Pink Floyd track 'Embryo' as well as other delights from Quatermass, Battered Ornaments, Michael Chapman etc. This copy is an early pressing without the EMI on the labels and is in really nice condition throughout. The catalogue number is SHSS 1/2 with A-2/B-1/A-1/B-1 matrices.

Gatefold sleeve  Ex Outside laminated. In very good shape throughout. Very light wear  only, some laminate shrinkage as well as some light creases along the spine.

Labels Ex+ Very clean. Light spindlewear only.

Inners Ex- Original Harvest polylined bags. Some age yellowing.

Records  Visually Ex/Ex+ great shine to the vinyl. Just a couple of  light marks to be seen in normal light, right at the beginning of Side 2 Track 1. There is also one momentary click during Side 1 Track 1 but I can't see anything which would cause it. Apart from those very minor faults the records play Ex throughout, with only very light crackle at times.
