Rare 1st UK Pressing from 1963 on Columbia B/s SAX 2484 labels of the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Lorin Maazel with Pictures at an Exhibition ( Mussorgsky - Ravel ) and Prelude a L'Apres Midi d'un Faune ( Debussy )... in superb overall condition ....
The original vinyl is in stunning condition with absolutely minimal light hairlines .....just a tiny bit of background noise on run ins and between tracks ......plays superbly all the way through with no skips , jumps or needle sticks.. ...terrific clear and powerful sound from this high quality 1st UK pressing....EX to EX+.....looks and sounds great......
The original and rare Ernest J Day & Co Ltd front laminated flipback sleeve is in superb condition with light wear/scuffing at corners and opening and one small scuff at top and bottom edges.....edges great...spine proud and fully legible.....great whiteness to rear......no unwanted writing anywhere....superb crisp VG++ to EX
Columbia B/s SAX 2484 labels in superb condition .... 1/1 Mothers , YAX 953-4 and YAX 954-2 Matrices and R/G Stampers ....rare 1st UK Pressing.....in great overall condition..
