The collection of records I have auctioned and will be auctioning off come as the result of me collecting many years. Thus the value I place on them is sometimes higher than those in the business of selling records. Also for the most part my records are the original release and not a much later reissue. if it is a more common reissue the price is reflected. Although it should be said that all records are now rare collectibles since they are not being made any longer and the new reissues are very very few in the classical field. I also believe that the years of collecting provide a better knowledge of the rarity and value of LPs. If you have questions please email me I always list the catalog number and hope that you reference it I also try to list the matrix number although I sometimes forget. I grade the record according to the old system used by collectors from the 70's, VJM. and aurally. It should be said that I think most European pressings are of a higher quality, thus the higher price. I use auctiva so that the pictures can be better appreciated because by clicking on the picture they can be viewed enlarged for a better look. I do combine postage and overseas buyers benefit but after 4 or 5 lps the rate has to go to priority at a higher rate. Please check out all the records
