Here's the deal...

Vinyl has some light scuff's and lite hairline scratches that don't affect the listening experience. (tested) Minor surface noise in some quiet areas.  Still has a nice luster.  I'm reluctant to rate it VG++ but it's a strong VG+, not one that just qualifies.  You need a 100 watt bulb to see the lite scratches.  Cover has no splits and very little wear to the seams.

This item will ship in a proper record mailer, and in a protective plastic sleeve with the vinyl outside the cover.
