I've placed up for purchase the single by Pink Floyd titled "Have a Cigar", released in 1975 on the Columbia record label. Catalog #3-10248. Length 3:29. Flip side is the same song, same length, mono. A promo copy. I've owned this since it came out and have not played it. Therefore, the condition is good. No skips, pops, crackling, or scratches. Original Columbia sleeve is in very good condition. I'm including a 3-page brief bio xeroxed from the book The Rolling Stone Encyclopedia of Rock & Roll ©2001. Pink Floyd are an English rock band formed in London in 1965 by Syd Barrett (guitar, vocals), Nick Mason (drums), Roger Waters (bass guitar, vocals) and Richard Wright (keyboards, vocals), with David Gilmour (guitar, vocals) joining at the end of 1967. Gaining an early underground following as one of the first British psychedelic groups, they were distinguished by their extended compositions, sonic experiments, philosophical lyrics, and elaborate live performances, becoming a leading progressive rock band. ..."Have a Cigar" is the third track on Pink Floyd's 1975 album Wish You Were Here. In some markets, the song was issued as a single. English folk-rock singer Roy Harper provided lead vocals on the song.
