My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

Both sides have NO Deep Marks and NO Deep Scratches. Side one has a few very faint marks, the odd whispy hairline and some faint groove marking on tracks 1 and 2, Side 2 has just some whispy hairlines. Apart from those just some extremely light sleeve removal marks, Still has a Great Shine and for near 30 years old...A Great Example
Labels are clean and free from damage, Slight signs of being played under strong light (spiders legs)...see photos
Earliest Gatefold Sleeve has only slight wear, It is Crisp, Clean and solid with no rubbing or ringwear to front or back, a handful of tiny creases from top and bottom edges and a slight crease bottom right corner, light edge wear/rubbing to corners and very slight corner wear, spine is Wide, crisp and fully readable, Inside is flat and clean and crisp, tiny mark very bottom of center fold....A Great example of this rare sleeve that is unlaminated. Original Inner is as close to Perfect as you will find, no wear or damage.
Ticket application form is as New
Large Poster is flat and clean, light rub along seems but never used
Small Poster was originally wrapped around the gatefold sleeve so has a crease but is otherwise flat and clean
