ORIGINAL UK HARVEST RELEASE OF PINK FLOYD'S FIRST TWO ALBUMS COUPLED TOGETHER AS "A Nice Pair". 
PRESSED ON TWO QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT RECORDS (much thicker than later pressings) WITH THE FIRST YELLOW/GREEN HARVEST LABELS WITH "THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD" RIM TEXT (changed to "EMI RECORDS" just a few months later in mid-1974) 
MATRIX NUMBERS: YAX 3419-1 / YAX 3420-1 (record one) and YAX 3633-1 / YAX 3634-2 (record two) (all stamped) 
THE RECORDS ARE HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL MATT GATEFOLD SLEEVE "MADE AND PRINTED IN GREAT BRITAIN" WITH THE FRONT "WR PHANG" PICTURE (WITHDRAWN FROM LATER ISSUES) AND THE SET COMES COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL EARLIEST INNER SLEEVES (ONE BLUE, ONE GREEEN) WHICH HAVE SQUARE CUT CORNERS AND TOP OPENING THUMB NOTCH (these inners were only issued in the earliest pressings and most inners are found with rounded corners)
Condition of Vinyl:  SIDE 1/2. EX+ or slightly better.  SIDE 3/4. EX.
SIDE 1/2. There are very few and light hairline surface marks. SIDE 3/4. There are quite a few hairline surface marks. The forth surfaces retain their original deep glossy sheen with no dulling. 
Remember i am grading my records under a very strong light.
This is an AMAZING copy, the best i have ever own of this original first press!!!
LABELS: The labels are in great condition, just slightly dirty.  HAS THE GRAMOPHONE CO 1ST PRESS RIM WORDING. Check photos.

Plays great with hardly any very light surface noise practically throughout, just noticeable at times at the start of every side and in the quietest parts but not in an intrusive way at all. Plays like an EX+ or ++ and sounds absolutely sensational, very powerful.
This is an absolute gem of a record!!!. Beautiful!!!   No jumps or skips.

BEAUTIFUL UNLAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE. 

There is very light wear all in all. Unfortunately there is small superficial tear to the right of the front cover. Check photo No8

The inside gatefold, looks great and so does the back.

GRADING:

All records are graded using the UK ‘Record Collector’ format:

MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. 

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:

LPs and singles will be sent in a record mailing envelope and will be protected by two cardboard stiffeners.

RETURNS POLICY:
