Up for auction is A Saucerful of Secrets from Pink Floyd. This is their second album and also the last to feature Syd Barrett. A Saucerful of Secrets is also the only studio album to feature both David Gilmour and Syd Barrett on the same album. It is extremely unique and very collectible. This particular album is the Original 1st UK pressing on Columbia EMI records. The vinyl is in great shape and sounds fantastic. I have conservatively graded the vinyl at VG, but it definitely plays closer to a VG+. The LP has some light hairline scratches and scuffs. You will notice some minor feedback on each side, but nothing that overpowers the music. The vinyl still contains it's original sheen and it is beautiful. The LP labels are in great shape. Each side has some light spindle marks, but nothing that detracts from the beauty of the labels. The album cover is in really good shape. You have got to love those UK laminated album covers. The LP cover has a very slight amount of ring wear and a little corner wear/rounding. The spine has some slight wear, but the title is completely legible. The upper right corner has some creasing. The back of the cover has some pen tracing on the artist and album title letters. The back of the cover also has some water damage that has slightly rippled the surface. The back also has two smaller stains near the top. The album cover is in great shape for it's age. This album has been cleaned and is ready for playing or storage.
