DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Animals LP. Complete early UK pressing with thick card gatefold sleeve, thick card printed inner sleeve and matrix ending A3U/B5U. Postage cost includes tracking and a box mailer. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL 815. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1977. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/VG. Vinyl is really clean with a nice dark sheen. Played passages of this today on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays a very strong EX. Music is clean, loud and clear with only an occasional random soft tick. Cover is in clean condition.. It is firm and square, retains very good shape and has moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and light creasing. Spine also retains good shape . Printed inner is also clean and in decent condition. It has only light wear and the start of a fine split to one edge only. Really clean labels- please check out the photos. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
