Description

An original 1st press of Animals on UK Harvest. Matrix 2/2- very 1st cut. Lovely solid pressing as you would expect. A really well preserved original - not abused like so many other copies. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. There's also the original bespoke inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In super condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome though. For the vintage it looks extremely good. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Given the vintage - very impressive. I'm just getting clean feed - and you can hear all the detail well down into the mix. Even the quiter moments play well above what usually surfaces [just an occasional light crackle or two here and there]. Nothing really ..a nice clean signal by and large. Overall a great rendition and much better than what typically surfaces.Highly recommended.
Cover (Vg+) Difficult to find in really great condition - but this example is a cut above the average copy. Nice clean front and rear without the usuall surface wear.The overall aesthetic is really well preserved. Some creasing at opening bringing overall grade down. The spine is 98% intact which is very unusual indeed. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and is a very fine specimen.
Inner (Ex) No issues. No splits.
