First issue. No bar code on the cover. Thick cardboard cover with the front edge of the gatefold sealed with a foldunder, and a wide spine.
Black cardboard inner sleeve with lyrics on it. Round corners, and a 9-inch notch on the edge that opens. In the lower right corner is the catalog number: "SHVL 815(I)"

Vinyl Condition is VG+ a few small light hairline surface marks, odd small light crackle but none that over powers the music at all, plays through nicely
Sleeve Condition is VG has a little edgewear, cornerwear and spinewear but wouldn’t say far from VG+ condition
Inner Condition is VG+ a few small crease marks and little edge rub but no rips or tears
