Very good + / Excellent . Some visible surface marks that do not effect play. Labels clean, no writing and no stickers and no tears.
COVER
The extremely delicate sleeve is in Very Good condition as no stickers and no writing Does have a small tear on sleeve centrally for approx 2 cm, repaired to prevent further damage (can be seen on picture running partly between the Y and N in Layne). One small seem split on the bottom edge
