DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Atom Heart Mother. Complete 1ST UK press with matrix ending A1G/B1G, No EMI text on labels (Has Gramophone text) , gate fold sleeve and poly lined Harvest inner. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL 781. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is very clean with a nice sheen. Light brushing lines under artificial light. Played majority of this this morning on my budget deck (I played it all a few weeks ago). Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Sounds around EX. Music is clean, clear and vibrant with an occasional soft tick. There is a soft trickle of background sound in the very quietest passages , but music remains prominent and loud. Cover is in nice shape- check out the photos. It is firm and square and has only light edge wear , light corner wear and minimal creasing. Very clean inside to gate fold. This sleeve would grade EX but it has 2 discrete pieces of clear tape on the rear sleeve at the bottom. I hadnt even noticed them until i inspected this closely for listing. Its best to leave them on, You would not see them unless you looked closely- you might be able to see them on the photo of rear sleeve. Harvest inner is in great shape. It is clean and white with minimal wear and no splits. Poly is still fully attached. Super clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, stickers or sticker tears. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
