Description
Here is a rare copy of Atom Heart Mother by Pink Floyd on a UK Harvest Q4 SHVL 781 quadraphonic mix vinyl LP pressing. The jacket is a pro VG+ due to a small bb size hole on the top right corner, some slight crinkles (common on thin gauge import jackets) and the slightest of any age wear. This is not for anything in particular, only due to the age and vintage of this jacket. There are no splits, ring wear, cuts, notches, rips or tears. The original EMI Quadraphonic Sound rice lined inner sleeve is included with no splits, only slight discoloration of the white paper over the years. The LP is also a pro VG+ due to two small marks on side one that only one of does sound, otherwise spotless vinyl surfaces. There are several faint spindle marks on side one and about two or three on side two. The LP plays VG+ with occasional ticks but very random, not continual. One of the marks on side one makes a rotational crackle about fine times and is better than half way through the side. It still plays very respectable and VG+ for sure. There is no surface noise or scraping noises. This copy is the rare quad mix re channeled to stereo. I could swear there are things going on during Alan’s Psychedelic Breakfast that I’ve never heard before.
The label has on the top perimeter EMI Records LTD. All Rights Of The Manufacturer And Of The Owner Of The Recorded Work Reserved. There is also an EMI logo above the Harvest logo on the left side. I also forgot to mention that the end of side two has the endless run out groove of the water dripping.
