AWESOME TOP, TOP CRISTAL CLEAR AUDIO THROUGHOUT!!

ORIGINAL 1st PRESS 1ST ISSUE  GARROD & LOFHOUSE GATEFOLD, COMPLETE WITH HARVEST ADVERTISING SERPIER INNER

ONLY EVER PLAYED LESS THAN 3 TIMES SINCE NEW

AN ARCHIVE COPY NEVER NEED TO UPGRADED

An awesome original 1st! rare to find 1st UK pressing genuine 45 years old!

Superb MINT crystal clear audio and complete with the original 1st press cover in 'as good as possible', condition that you will ever find in my opinion

Normally this is found in a terrible state and over played, or more to the point the vinyl sometimes look near perfect only to find that the play reveals horrible static ticks and crackle which is so common on this album having so many slow and quiet places! This vinyl has only ever had no more than 3 plays ever! The owner purchased this album from new and it has been stored every since after playing and recording to tape back in 1970.

I can not emphasise  enough the audio is crystal clear and vibrant through out! Without \ (no) distortion, clicks or pops at all!!I can not emphasise enough at how difficult it is to find a good 1st press vinyl of this album

This is totally original and one of the best that you will ever find!

The matrix

Side1. ''SHVL 781 A-1G'' (1ST PRESS ONLY)

Side2. ''SHVL 781 B-1G'' (1ST PRESS ONLY)

The vinyl

On initial inspection it is hard to see a blemish at all,  this looks as new in my opinion and gleams still retaining its sheen from new

This copy has only ever been played 3 times from new and stored away for more than 45 years)

The vinyl lays perfectly flat on the turntable and is the original thick heavier and chunky type of vinyl only found on earliest pressings

Even in strong light this looks awesome and no marks can been see in my opinion. Any marks that could possibly be seen under a strong light would only be sleeve removal. I must emphasise that I can't see any at all!!!!

Any who know this album would appreciate that there are many quiet slow parts and this audio is absolutely exceptional crystal clear and vibrant through out with (no) clicks or pops and certainly no skips or jumps More importantly, no distortion or any signs that this has been played at all

The labels

These are the original yellow\green Harvest labels - Omit EMI (only 1st press, later pressings have a small EMI logo in a box on the labels

The labels are as new! Only one spider mark is barely visible angled to the light! the spindle hole is perfectly round with absolutely no ware at all!

The record sleeve

Issued with a Harvest Records inner advertising serpier sleeve.

This is the original EMI advertising serpier sleeve in Stunning Condition With (no) splits or tares

The cover

This is the original 1st Press unlaminated Garrod & lofthouse gatefold in Excellent condition with absolutely bare minimal creases worth to mention and bare minimal storageware at all

Absolutely awesome in Excellent condition

Important information that is unique only to 1st issue covers! At the front of the cover a cow is featured unlaminate (thin) card cover only! Inside Cover: In the lower left corner, it says "7010 TPS Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd Patent no 943,895 SHVL 781."(only 1st issue covers) later press do not have this!!

This cover must be graded at least Excellent

AN ARCHIVE COPY NEVER NEED TO UPGRADE!!!!!

This is by far one of the best copies to come on the market, if not the best. Happy Bidding
