Ok….

Here we have the SOLID BLUE triangle SHVL 804 1973 UK press of the dark side of the moon.

I’ve been doing some additional research and I believe the stamper code is L2 written LII. My understanding is stampers ordinarily press around 200 records and are labelled G R A M O P H O N E L T D for Gramophone Ltd. Being the L stamper this item I believe to be in the first issue and within the first 3000 pressed. However please do your own research and I’m more than happy to be corrected and I’ll update this description. PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!

The item is COMPLETE with both posters and 2 stickers. Stickers have been used and are stuck to the pyramid poster - see photos. Posters also have pin marks on each corner so have been put up on a bedroom wall at some point in their lives. See photos which form a key part of the description.

Sleeve has commensurate wear and tear. Corner damage and shelf wear but no splits again see photos. Cover is off black dark blue. I’ve taken a comparative photo to highlight this with this cover next to a later press. VG+ overall. There’s also a scratch on the cover which again I’ve photographed.

Vinyl - some surface marks scuffs and some of these are audible at times but not overly so I’ve graded a conservative G+ where others may well have graded VG. Item plays exceptionally well with no skips or jumps and no indication of wear or having been overplayed. Listening to Money as I write this and sound quality is excellent.

Vinyl labels are complete some light spindle wear. I’ve photographed these carefully. I do accept returns and the photos form assurances to me that what you return is what I sent you. Again see photos.

As above I believe this item was on the L stamper.
