CONDITION
DISC: This UK 1973 pressing LP is visually in EXCELLENT condition. Both sides show full gloss, with only scattered hairlines and a few light surface scratches/scuffs. Both EMI labels start with "The Gramophone Co." and show no spindle trails.
The Dark Side Of The Moon has sold in the tens of millions and has had almost as many reissues/audiophile pressings, but this 1973 UK LP pressing is still the best way to experience it in 2 channels. (A-2/B-2 pressings have minor sound quality issues, according to Vernon Fitch's Pink Floyd discography site: http://pinkfloydarchives.com/DUKLPPF.htm)

COVER: The 1st issue Garrod & Lofthouse-printed DARK BLUE-colored gatefold cover is in EXCELLENT- condition. This cover's dark matte finish makes it prone to wear, and this example has a light LP impression and edge wear, but nothing objectionable. I'm being very picky in my grading; this iconic cover looks great.

POSTERS & STICKER: The blue pyramid poster with the glossy finish has never been used and is in EXCELLENT+ condition, showing only the folds and creases of having been stored for 43 years. The poster of the band has a matte finish and is also in EXCELLENT+ condition. The unused sticker with the "FasPrint" on the back is in NEAR MINT condition.

INNER SLEEVE: The white paper inner sleeve with rounded corners and PATENT Nos and MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN printed at the bottom is in EXCELLENT condition, with minor signs of storage wear but no seam splits.

with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
use/wear but is not trashed. - I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
- I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had.
