Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon

(Harvest SHVL 804 UK LP 1973)

 

This is an original 1973 UK LP pressing. In fact is is the first UK pressing with a clear prism on the label. It has a gatefold sleeve which has a blue tint to it. It is front stickered also. It comes with its original plain paper inner sleeve. This is in VG+ condition. There are no posters or stickers.

The record has the "The Gramophone Co..." text around the upper perimeter. It has "The Gramophone Co..." text under the "1973" on the labels. The matrix numbers, followed by mother stampers, are as follows.

Side 1: SHVL 804 A-3 (TG 1)

Side 2: SHVL 804 B-2 (GOM 3)

 

Gatefold Sleeve: There are 5 small to mild marks on the spine. It looks like a cat's claw mark. There is some rubbing wear to the top edge of the spine too. Some other mild ringwear & rubbing wear too. VG condition.

Vinyl: There are some mild to more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There is one tiny hairline mark too. VG condition. The labels are clean & show mild spindle wear & mild foxing too. Plays VG overall. There is some mild, & sometimes more moderate, crackle in some quieter passages.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
