PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION IN FULL, FIRST.
An original very 1st press of DSOTM on the UK Harvest label. Matrix A2/B2. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue sleeve with sticker in the top right quadrant. Also included is the original black inner sleeve with patent information. Then there's both original posters, but only one original sticker. So, 100% genuine and 99% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection we can only make out a couple of light marks either side - nothing heavy or likely to cause significant issue. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT/NEAR EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. These early copies really are the de facto route to best audio. Interference is mostly light and infrequent - with just a couple of brief exceptions. All we could detect was a touch of light static in a couple of sections - but by and large expect a decent clean rendition. The only deviations are...in BREATHE a couple of ticks and a couple of pops. Ditto 'Speak to Me' - one pop & a couple of ticks in the closing seconds. In reality, any deviations are brief in nature, and for the most part you are going to be treated to a cracking rendition.
Cover (Vg+) Has clearly been looked after down the years. The front is above average and only exhibiting a bit of handling and some wear down in the bottom left corner. The rear has a touch of the usual ring wear, but nothing excessive. The interior looks great - no issues. Edge wear is mostly light and the spine is not too bad at all. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and this is no doubt aided by that heavy card construction.
Inner (Ex-) One slight tear at die-cut central, but no side splits at all.
Posters (Ex) No splits and hasn't been near a wall.
Sticker (Vg+) Singular - bit of creasing. Is unpeeled.
