DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Dark Side Of The Moon. UK press with gate fold sleeve, original EMI inner "Pyramids" poster. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL 804 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and some hairlines and brushing lines. Not that it means much but this vinyl was sold to me as NM ! Its not. Its a little better than the average copy though, it certainly sounds a lot better. Played passages of this this morning on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds not too far off Excellent. It sounds pretty clear, clean , vibrant and loud. Even the intro to "Speak To Me" and the piano only part of the intro to "The Great Gig In The Sky" play with only a trace of background sound. Cover is in tidy shape. It is firm and square and has moderate edge wear, corner wear and light creasing. Spine retains decent shape. Inside of gate fold is clean with a name printed neatly and discretely on part of the yellow strip. Poster is EX , unused with light wear only. Original EMI inner is EX with light wear and no splits. Clean labels- check out the photos. No writing (other than stated) and no rips, stickers or sticker tears. Really clean sounding 1970s UK copy. . I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
