My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon - 1st Press Solid Blue Prism Label On Side 1 and 2nd Press Outline Label On Side 1 - 1st/2nd Transitional UK Pressing Pressed privately by the factory workers and never sold to the public.

Another of my fathers little gems, Purchased in the 1980's from an old EMI worker, this was a 'privately pressed' copy of Dark side of the moon, pressed as a novelty with the solid blue prism label on Side 1 and Corrected Outlined prism label on side 2. FEWER THAN 10 COPIES WERE PRESSED making this THE RAREST VARIANT OF THIS RARE ALBUM. It is sold as a massively rare collectable, not a playing copy, but for the true floyd collector, with fewer than 10 copies ever pressed, it is massively rare, rarer than any other floyd lp and most other records too, 100% genuine, stamped matrix numbers and mothers/stampers.

Both sides have numourous marks and scratches. Sold for its rarity value and maybe the only surviving copy.....A massive collectable but not a playing copy.

Label on Side 1 is clean and unworn, around the spindle is not smooth like the copies made for sale, this was after all a very quickly pressed record. Side 2 label has some rubbing around the edges but you can still read the rim text.

Sleeve is in really Great condition, clean and flat with very little wear. See Photos

An Extremely Rare Press Sold as described....No returns, If you bid you understand and accept this.

I will describe any flaws such as wear to sleeves, scuffs, marks or scratches to vinyl and describe them honestly, if you expect a better condition than I have listed then you need to learn to read. I will grade based on visual inspection under artificial light. PLEASE remember this is Vinyl...even brand new vinyl can have clicks and pops...that's part of its charm...if you want perfect audio without background noise...how about CD's or MP3's?
